Thanksgiving 2023

We baked homemade apple pie and pecan pie cheesecake, with stuffing and honey butter rolls on the side. The apple pie was the perfect southern apple pie - a recipe from Bon Appetit. The pecan pie cheesecake was pretty good as well. Next year we'll try to make the crust and caramel sauce better. The stuffing was amazing but the rolls I wouldn't make again.

On the following Saturday, we went to a “Shop Small Saturday” event. We picked up lots of books and small gifts for Christmas.
